Natalie Hunt, FEPS®, M.A. M.Ed. – Director of Medicare Answers

Natalie graduated from the University of Arkansas with two Masters Degrees having worked as a Psychological Examiner for six years for the Arkansas Department of Human Services. She changed careers to insurance having served in several positions before becoming a Quality Service Consultant with Aetna Life & Casualty and ultimately accepting a leadership position with Metropolitan Life. In 1979, she received a direct commission as a First Lieutenant in the US Army and after serving 24 years, retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.

Natalie has extensive agency building experience. She with only two employees, relocated the General Agency of Metropolitan Life from Louisiana to New Jersey. At the time of her retirement in 2009 as Operations Manager, the MetLife General Agency had become a full-service multi-line agency with over 100+ employees supporting thousands of MetLife agents worldwide.

In 2009, Natalie entered the Medicare arena by servicing clients in the state of New Jersey as an independent broker. Subsequently, she became co-founder and principal of EasyProtection®, a full-service insurance agency with a primary focus on final expense and funeral planning. In 2011, services were expanded to include mortgage protection, retirement financial planning (life insurance and annuities), and product offerings for long-term care, and disability.

In 2018, Medicare Answers, a division of EasyProtection® was established and in 2019, a primary focus on pre-need planning was added. Medicare Answers currently supports Medicare certified agents who serve Medicare beneficiaries in more than 15 states including, NJ, PA, and DE. Natalie is a Director of the Final Expense Planning Specialist Association and is a proud member of the American Association of Medicare Supplement Insurance.

 

 

Ralph Wileczek, FEPS® Co- Director of Medicare Answers

Ralph has extensive wealth management and fiduciary experience, has developed proprietary planning programs, and holds multiple U.S. Patents on Trust comparison and asset allocation programs. He was an Investment Representative and Financial Planner at Lehman Brothers, Wilmington Trust Company, and the Vanguard Group.

Ralph personally developed customized financial plans and strategies for prominent individuals, families, and business owners. His unique wealth transfer strategies and success in helping his clients resulted in national recognition as one of “The Nation’s 100 Most Exclusive Wealth Advisors” by Robb Report Worth magazine in October of 2006, 2005, and 2004. He also received recognition in Wilmington Trust’s 2006 Annual Report to Shareholders.

With 30+ years in the financial planning and wealth management arena, Ralph became co-founder and principal of EasyProtection®, a full-service insurance agency with a primary focus on final expense and funeral planning after entering the Medicare space as a New Jersey independent broker in 2009. In 2011, services were expanded to include mortgage protection, retirement financial planning (life insurance and annuities), and product offerings for long-term care, and disability.

In 2015, Ralph established the Final Expense Planning Specialist Association (FEPSA) and is a Director. FEPSA is the country’s only non-profit organization through a certification program that grants the final expense planning professional designation (FEPS®).

In 2018, he and Natalie, established Medicare Answers, a division of EasyProtection® in support of Medicare certified agents serving Medicare beneficiaries in more than 15 states including, NJ, PA, and DE. In 2019, pre-need planning was added to its primary focus of final expense and funeral planning.

 

 

Annmarie Wileczek, FEPS® Operations Executive

Annmarie is and has been an organizational strategist her entire career. In her previous profession, she implemented policies and procedures for the nation’s largest municipally-owned natural gas company, ran regional customer-facing offices, and represented the utility’s interest with the Public Utility Commission for over a decade.

Annmarie left the utility company and in 2018 joined the Medicare Answers division of EasyProtection® after becoming Life & Health licensed and Medicare certified. She obtained her FEPS® designation and now utilizes the skills she has garnered from her previous career to oversee the operations of Medicare Answers.

As Medicare certified and an insurance licensed Final Expense Planning Specialist, she brings the experience and knowledge necessary to make the client and agent experience a great one. Annmarie’s guiding principles are to serve, be collaborative, and always leave the person with whom she is working in a better position than before they met. Annmarie’s mantra: “I know that you have questions… I have the answers!

 

 

Chris A. Trimble – Marketing and Recruiting Director

Chris began at an early age in sales at a retail store. By the age of 20, Chris owned her first retail business in a major mall and by the age of 26, she owned four retail locations in the Northeast corridor. Because of her experience, she was offered the position as the National Sales Trainer for a major corporation. She was responsible for site development, sales training and motivational seminars for individual locations throughout the country.

Due to corporate downsizing during the 1980 recession, Chris changed careers by obtaining her life and health insurance license and become an independent broker for multiple carriers. She became a top producing agent in the Medicare space along the Northeast corridor and is an expert. Her passion and expertise lie with the Senior market. Because of her vast knowledge base and experience, she also helps others develop their careers into high-producing life and health insurance agents. She is currently licensed in multiple states including NJ, DE, PA, GA, NC, SC, VA, ME, FL, TX and WA.

Several years ago, she, her husband and their beloved two dogs and a cat relocated to the great state of South Carolina. There she continues to service the senior population and train upcoming agents.
